We?ve all heard it that in order to stay in business online you need to build a Targeted ?Opt-In? list. I truly have to agree with that simply because this is where you?ll always have a consistent source of free Targeted traffic to promote your offers or related information to for years to come. We all know that ?Email? is where the money is truly made when it comes to marketing your business online because it gives you the ability to Follow-Up your potential customers until they decide to buy from you. But, the problem that usually takes place is that people don?t know where to start when it comes to building their own targeted Opt-In list. Now, for those of you that are new Internet marketing and don?t know what a ?Opt-In? list is, here?s a quick definition:

An ?Opt-In? list is simply a database of people?s Names and Email Addresses that have subscribed to an email list via a web form giving that list owner permission to send them periodic emails on the topic they are interested in. Picking your target market niche is important step because this is where you need to figure out who your target market is going to be for the product or service you?re going to offer.

So, for example, if I was interested in selling a book related to Internet Marketing, well then, my target market would be Internet Marketing related. This step is where you need to do a little research on whether or not your particular target market can be reached online.

Nowadays, trying to sell without some type of guarantee is a losing proposition. You`ve got to have one. It happens all the time. Someone makes a fantastic sales presentation, and then doesn`t close the deal because he/she didn`t clearly ask for the order or made the process confusing rather than simple. It`s a well-known fact: Large blocks of copy are intimidating and will often send people running for the hills or at least the Delete button.

Break up paragraphs into two to four sentences. Use several subheadings throughout the email letter. Explore SEO Canada and marketing services. [youtube:8stx59YiMRw;[link: SEO Canada] mail@maria-johnsen.com;http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8stx59YiMRw?version=3&feature=related]

Fallout Vault 59

If the title (nor my avatar) isn't obvious already, then this is a roleplay based on my favourite game series in the world - Fallout. I'm not really a 'gamer girl', but when it comes to Fallout then that all changes. I absolutely love everything about it, and I hope that a few people will become interested in starting up a new roleplay with me.

The action will mainly take place in Vault 59, located either in the Mojava Desert (which would put it on the outskirts of the Strip, which is the setting of New Vegas) or a completely different location that hasn't been seen in the games yet. Obviously, to keep things interesting -- there will be numerous adventures outside the Vault. But for the most part, the setting will be about the various characters who populate the Vault, how they survive, the drama and relationships, and deciding who gets to be the next Overseer.

Obviously looking to expand on this idea, so don't hesitate to start discussing :)

Liverpool, Arsenal go head to head

LONDON (AP) -Manchester United manager Alex Ferguson has predicted that Sunday's Premier League match at Tottenham is his title-chasing team's hardest game in the buildup to next month's clash with leader and local rival Manchester City.

History says otherwise.

United is unbeaten in 25 meetings with Tottenham stretching back to a meaningless end-of-season match in May 2001, and the defending champions will have Wayne Rooney back in action after the England striker missed two games because of a throat infection.

Third-place Tottenham is also coming off a 5-2 loss at Arsenal and will be without suspended midfielder Scott Parker, but Ferguson still expects a stiff challenge.

"It's always a tremendous game given the history of both clubs," Ferguson said. "It's a very important game for us. Look at the rest of the season. You can certainly say we're building up to what could turn out to be a title decider with Manchester City.

"This is our hardest away game, no doubt. Hopefully we can navigate it."

United has had little trouble doing that at White Hart Lane since Willem Korsten scored twice to lead Tottenham to a 3-1 win over a side that had already won the 2000-01 Premier League title.

Ryan Giggs and Paul Scholes both played in that match and could make an appearance Sunday, with Giggs having marked his 900th match for United with the winning goal in last weekend's 2-1 win at Norwich - keeping United two points behind City.

United could be without Chris Smalling after the defender was carried off with a head injury in England's midweek friendly against the Netherlands.

With Antonio Valencia and Tom Cleverley on the sidelines, Michael Carrick is almost certain to start in midfield against his former club.

"Michael's form for quite a while has been absolutely superb," Ferguson said. "I know he disagrees with me on this but I feel the second half of the season sees him at his best and he's doing well so it's pleasing.

"It's quite refreshing in the modern game to have players who can rely on their ability rather than wanting to project themselves."

Tottenham's hopes of winning the English championship for the first time since 1961 effectively ended at Arsenal and another defeat - just a fourth in 25 matches - could leave the team 13 points behind City if the leader beats visiting Bolton as expected.

City is close to full strength with midfielder Yaya Toure having returned from the African Cup of Nations and striker Mario Balotelli available after suspension. Former captain Carlos Tevez will soon be fit after returning to training following his lengthy dispute with the club.

Assistant manager David Platt said keeping all those players happy will be one of City's biggest challenges for the rest of the season.

"You will keep 11 happy, another seven slightly happy, and the others will be disappointed when they are not playing in a game," Platt said. "But we have a rotation of the squad, we move it around. We try to do that when we have a full complement of players, to keep everyone nice and healthy."

Also Saturday, Arsenal is at League Cup winner Liverpool, Chelsea is at West Bromwich Albion, Blackburn hosts Aston Villa, Queens Park Rangers hosts Everton, Stoke hosts Norwich, and Wigan hosts Swansea.

On Sunday, Sunderland is at local rival Newcastle and Wolverhampton Wanderers goes to Fulham.

Nearly 50 pc of young women prefer larger boobs than high IQ | ANI ...

London, Mar 1 (ANI): Almost half of young women aged 18 to 25 would rather have larger breasts than high intelligence and a third would readily swap IQ for bigger boobs, a new study has revealed.

Experts have held responsible the youngsters? growing obsession with celebrity culture and the burgeoning market for plastic surgery.

The study, which has shocked women?s groups, also found that a quarter of those surveyed felt bigger breasts would make them feel ?happier?.

And nearly 60 per cent of the respondents believed that men would be ?more interested? in them romantically if they had bigger breasts.

It comes in the midst of widespread concern about the pressures put on modern-day women through advertising and magazines.

"Women face now unprecedented pressures to focus on their body," the Daily Mail quoted Kat Banyard from women?s group UK Feminista as saying.

"Industries that focus on the way women look are flourishing ? and that means that from a very early age, women are taught that the way they look matters more than what they do.

"The consequences of this can manifest in eating disorders or extreme measures such as plastic surgery. These figures show that women still loathe their bodies on an industrial scale."

The survey of 1,142 women by the discount website by www.MyVoucherCodes.co.uk aimed at finding out more about the attitudes young women hold towards brains and beauty.

In contrast with bigger breasts would attract more men, only 43 per cent thought that men would be ?more interested? in them if they had a higher IQ.

Researchers also revealed that about 40 per cent of the respondents would prefer to have a ?slim figure? than high intelligence, with many stating that it would make them feel ?more confident?.

Almost the same percentage of people asserted that they would swap their IQ in order to be their ?ideal dress size?.

When it came to relationships, most women felt men ?valued? intelligence in women, although two thirds said that they felt appearance was more significant when attracting a partner.

The same was true in the workplace, with almost half believing that being ?attractive? would also help a woman advance in her career.

Almost 80 per cent also felt that they were judged more on their looks than intelligence. (ANI)
