Today I found out that? Think of the mood you want to create in your room. For a retro, exotic look you could go for an old-Hollywood style room with red walls, black furniture (including a cool vanity table, of course) and old movie posters that fit the colors of the room and look glamorous. Lots of plush materials (velvets, faux fur) would complete the look nicely. Think about whether you want warmth (warm colors; reds, browns, purples, etc) or a cool, tranquil feel (blues, greens, pale colors) and then a style like tropical, mod, contemporary, retro, victorian, romantic, shabby chic and search for that in Google. You?ll get any good pictures. Check out the decorating books at Barnes and Noble, too for ideas. Hope this helps.
