Overview:

TESCO is looking for recent graduates to enter into our Sales Development Program.? In this six to
eight-month training program, you will gain great insight into the oilfield service industry as well
as develop the skills of sales professionals.? This position will train in East Texas and Northwest Louisiana.

Job Location:? Conway, Arkansas

Starting Salary:? $40,000

Position Requirements:

  • Qualified candidates must have recently graduated with a Bachelor?s Degree (Business or Marketing preferred)
  • Prior sales experience is a plus (retail)
  • Ability to work with heavy machinery and equipment in all weather conditions
  • Willing to work long hours that can exceed 24 hours a day or 100 hours a week while in training
  • Must be able to travel significantly in East Texas and Northwest Louisiana
  • Excellent driving record

Position Responsibilities:

Under general direction, develops and maintains customer relationships with smaller accounts and less complex products/services in the field environment. Candidate sells TESCO services to existing and new customers on location and in offices when necessary.

  • Contribute to the organization to build sales consistent with company strategy
  • Support the Sales and Operations Management in positioning NATS
  • Provide feedback to Operation Managers which insures quality work
  • Be the key resource to the Sales and Operations Management for customer specific business negotiation.
  • Key contact for daily client interaction
  • Maintain a regional understanding of Oil and Gas industry
  • Assist in forecasting responsibilities to Sales Management
