Children's environmental activities

Children living in urban centers, suburbs or even often separate from nature. There are fun activities you can do with the kids while you back to nature and our environment. Here are some of my favorite environmental education activities for children:

Adopt A Tree

On a walk or a hike, you have your child choose a favorite tree in a park or forest, "adopt" and it is. In essence, your child into the role of being the treeGuardian. Make bark rubbings with crayons and paper, collecting and pressing leaves in autumn, and look for flowers and fruit in summer. Each year, children's pictures of you that next to the tree. You can even bring a tape measure by the growth of the tree. Children can also search tree on the Internet where the tree is often found, so the normal life span, size,

Keep a diary of the wildlife

I am your son, make notes of all the wild animals every daylive in your area. You can also draw pictures or, and note the time of the sighting, habitat and behavior patterns. It's amazing how many different species that live in your garden! Some examples are: raccoons, squirrels, birds, frogs, ants, crickets, etc.

Clean Earth

A good way to teach our children to take care of our planet and move at the same time is to take bags when you go for a walk. This "clean up" down the road. You can pick up stray bottles, old newspapers and food packaging. You can take a "club environment" in the district or through your child's school to organize. Make it a contest to see who get most of the objects. Choose different routes on different days to a large area free. Take the time to talk with your children about recycling and waste reduction. (Children can wear rubber gloves or wear a pointy stick if you do not want to touchGarbage.)

Environmental education for children is more important than ever. Bring your children to take care of the planet bringing you closer and give them the life skills that can be passed on to others. Find more children to be environmental activities to teach children, "green" online. Other schools include the integration of environmentally friendly measures in their programs, but when it comes to be green ? there's no place like home.
